Raspberry Ice-cream Cones
5 minutes plus 6 hours freezing time

With the kids off school and raspberry season in full swing, its a great opportunity to get them our picking raspberries and make their very own Ice-cream! or you could just pop to the store and pick up a pack of raspberries. Memories are made of this!

Method
Ingredients

Place all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and whiz until smooth (approx.30 seconds). Place in a plastic food container with a lid and freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Enjoy it scooped in a waffle cone!

  • 1 x 397g tin condensed milk
  • 500ml pouring cream.
  • 300g frozen raspberries
  • 8 waffle cones
